Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Mighty Tooele Tree Service. By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Mighty Tooele Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related work. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard safety practices and equipment.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and any known hazards. You are responsible for marking underground utilities, sprinkler systems, and other hidden features before we begin work. You must ensure that all pets and people are kept at a safe distance during tree service operations. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions from your homeowners association or local authorities.

Property Access

By hiring us, you grant Mighty Tooele Tree Service permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed services. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property, but you acknowledge that tree service work may result in minor impacts to lawns, landscaping, or other areas where heavy equipment is used.

Safety and Liability

Safety is our top priority. Our team follows all applicable safety regulations and uses proper equipment. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. However, you agree that tree work is inherently unpredictable and that natural variations in tree structure may lead to unexpected outcomes. We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects, rot, or other conditions that were not visible during inspection.

Emergency Services

For emergency tree removal services, you authorize us to take immediate action to address dangerous situations. Emergency service rates may differ from standard pricing due to the urgent nature and timing of the work. We will provide pricing information as quickly as possible under the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If we need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed, our services include removal of major debris and wood. We will leave your property in a clean and safe condition. Small wood chips and sawdust may remain and can be used as natural mulch. If you request that we leave wood for your use, it will be cut into manageable sizes and stacked in a location you specify.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to address your concerns. However, we cannot guarantee the future health or survival of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
